What happened until now:


2005–2009
Countless international business trips and overnight stays in hotels that claim to offer their customers a "home" even though they are far from home. One thing came into Raphaels mind at this time: No hotel around the world can replace his home. Not even a little.
 But... It doesn’t even have to!

2010
What are the demands of travelers? Does a private holidaymaker need the same services as someone who is on the road? The answers are in Raphaels business plan.

2011
The first apartments named "Sky Residence" are opened in Graz.

2014
There are already 9 apartments. Guests like taking advantage of the unique services. And the freedom that an apartment offers - compared to a hotel. Therefore, the next apartments in Vienna follow.

2015
There are already 15 Business Apartments of Sky Residence in Graz and Vienna. The current bookings show, however, that not only business travelers book, but increasingly also private holidaymakers. The concept will be further expanded.

2016
The proximity to the AKH in Vienna can also be used. More and more long-term patients book at Sky Residence.

The Sky Residence brand needs an upgrade. The new, different target groups no longer fit into the "Business Apartments" drawer. In November, RK Apartments GmbH will be renamed Sky Residence GmbH. Premium Apartments are selected from Business Apartments. Raphael is flexible. The design adapts to the guests - as does the services offered by Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments. Rafael Kaiser stands symbolically for the youthfulness of the CEO in combination with the excellent service you expect in Austria - you can feel like a „Kaiser“, German word for emperor!

Every guest of Rafael Kaiser receives a special treatment.
We do not provide our guests with a specific day plan (for example with breakfast).
You decide for yourself!

On request, our service will be individually and personally coordinated with you and with you:

  • Airport transfers
  • Purchasing groceries: So you already have a full refrigerator with your favorite products when you arrive.
  • Pay TV
  • cleaning and linen change
  • Printer and various business equipment
