Antonigasse: recreation for patients, business travelers and tourists in ViennaOur house in Antonigasse 1 is only a few meters away from the entrance of the AKH and the subway station. Due to the traffic-calmed street and the inner courtyard of the apartments, our guests enjoy the tranquility and use the terrace (some of the apartments have their own terraces, on the top floor there is also a shared terrace) or the small park next door as a recreation and retreat.
Rafael Kaiser operates nine serviced apartments here. This means that these are equipped as apartments and serviced like a hotel - bedroom, living / kitchen / dining area, bathroom (usually with separate toilet) are fully furnished. They also offer enough space for long-term stays in Vienna. Equipment for the kitchen is available as well as a washing machine. In addition, they are also cleaned regularly on request.
There is an elevator in the building to easily reach the upper floors. The apartments themselves are partially handicapped accessible - ask our office team.

Standards at Rafael KaiserThe following services are included in the standard of our guests' use: regular cleaning of the apartment, change of linen, initial equipment with coffee, water and hotel cosmetics. All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Unlimited Wi-Fi, a TV and an iron are included as well. A washing machine is available either in the apartment or in a laundry room.
Special services for patients
Storage: Sometimes our guests are supplied with medical equipment or other equipment. We're able to store this for short-term in our premises or take over the delivery from the supplier (during our official office hours).
Disinfection: At the request of our guests, we have been happy to meet them and are now fully equipped with professional disinfectants, which are usually only used in hospitals. Our cleaning team has also completed a special training in order to apply it correctly. On request we disinfect the whole apartment before the arrival of our guests.
Our team is very keen to make the stay of patients and their loved ones as comfortable as possible.
