Our Deluxe Studio Penthouse Apartment Luca is located in our apartment building in Antonigasse 1 in Vienna's 18th district.
You can easily reach the apartment on the 4th floor with the elevator. Due to the good room layout, up to 3 people can comfortably live here on 46 m². Also included are amenities such as air conditioning, free internet access and access to the laundry room (equipped with washer and dryer) of our house.
In the modern kitchen are dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and various kitchen utensils (plates, pots, cutlery, etc.). The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is located in a separate room.
Around the Antonigasse are several local shops, restaurants and shops for daily needs (also pharmacies, etc.). Due to the traffic-calmed location and the nearby park between the apartment house and the Vienna hospital AKH, there are also undreamt-of recreational opportunities in the middle of the city.

The house
The apartments house Antonigasse, 1 is located in Währing, the 18th district of Vienna, directly at the main entrance of the Vienna General Hospital (AKH Vienna) and the subway station "Michelbeuern AKH" (U6).
In addition to all the private clinics, such as the Vienna Private Hospital or the Goldenes Kreuz clinic, you will also find many embassies that spread over beautiful parks, such as the "Türkenschanzpark".
The building has a new majestic facade and a completely redesigned interior design with natural materials like stone, which will accompany you throughout the entire building up to the entrances of our 10 apartments.
The house is established as a quiet zone thanks to the sunny western orientation over the inner courtyard and the cozy roof terraces, both for tourists, business travelers, embassies, diplomats and travelers for medical treatments.
